Scope of care
Outpatient counseling and assessment are provided for individuals stable within an outpatient structure. If a client’s safety or clinical presentation indicates acute medical detoxification needs or residential rehabilitation containment, I provide professional care coordination to transition them into specialized clinical facilities.
